Sensitive (Menu Bar) on GUI

I made menu bar on my GUI. After i run, the menu bar is very sensitive. doesnt need to click on the menu bar that i want to run, but the cursor just simply directed immediately execute the command bar menu. how do I make it so the menu bar is not sensitive, and need to press when I want to run a program?

Without knowing how you mage the menu bar, guessing a solution is not possible. I've never made a similar experience with any menubar methods I've tried so far.
