Connecting Matlab R2012b and CCSv5: Cannot see ti_c2000_ccsv5 in xmakefilesetup

Dear Antonin,
Thanks for the very informative videos and posts about CCS and Matlab connectivity. Currently I am trying to connect Matlab R2012b running on 64bit Win 7 to CCSv5.
When I execute xmakefilesetup, I do not see ti_c2000_ccsv5 in the Configuration drop down list. Additionally none of the CCS specific tabs can be seen. This clearly means that Matlab has not recognized the presence of CCS in the system. Is there a registry setting that needs to be modified? Please advise.
