i have this matrix:
A=[2 3
4 7
5 4
2 1];
I need to get the following comparasion matrix
B=[
2-4 3-7
2-5 3-4
2-2 3-1
4-5 7-4
4-2 7-1
5-2 4-1]
B=
-2 -4
-3 -1
0 2
-1 3
2 6
3 3

Ran in:
A=[2 3; ...

2 1];
idx = nchoosek(1:size(A, 1), 2);
B = A(idx(:, 1), :) - A(idx(:, 2), :)
B = 6×2
-2 -4 -3 -1 0 2 -1 3 2 6 3 3
