Getting the position from measurment

I'm measuing the distance of the phase of one wave by using the Euclidean distance tool.
I am able to get the distance, start and end points and plot the line on my image but I was wondering if there is a way to get the pixel indices for pixel that is exactly half way along the line?
Wither the halfway point is on the wave doesn't matter.
