Slide type viewer for m files

Hi all, I have hundreds of m files, in which I would like to find a few specific ones. Is there a viewer available that lets you go directly from one file to the next, without having to explicitly open and close each file? Something like Windows picture viewer would be ideal, where the left and right arrows open the next or previous file.
