I cant maximize the Matlab window!!

Hi, I am running matlam 2012b on my Desktop pc. I have previously used older versions and it is always the same problem when I run matlab for long periods and sometimes not so long. At the beginning when I run my simulation code and minimize the window to do something else like browsing online....I can re-maximize it to see what is going on...but suddenly....it minimizes without re maximizing what soever!!! I can do anything on any other software or application no matter what but not maximizing the matlab window until simulation ends...why is that? and how to avoid it?.

Without knowing any detail of the code, it is hart to understand its behavior. All we currently know, is that you "run a simulation". Could you provide any further details?

Hi, even I am facing the same issue. It is not specific to any MATLAB code. The matlab window just refuses to maximize after certain point, especially if it is a long run. Any solutions? What data would you need to identify the problem?
