Why contour line erroneously jump in some grid ?

Hi, I want to plot the contour line of eigenvector field (grid data) of

Atlantic region.

But when the contour line pass 0 longitude, it will erroneously

jump! what wrong with it? I can't solve this problem...are there someone can

help me? Thanks
