I have difficulty to install Matlab to my PC whose os is Windows 7

I tried to install Matlab 2021b on my PC whose os is windows 7. During the installation, the following error message appears
"there is not :\Windows\system32\regsvr32.exe"
After the installation, the Editor window does not work properly. That is, it does not show anything, even though I click a .m file in Current holder. Also, I click 'New Script', I cannot input anything.
How to fix it?

Do you install with administrator privilege? (normally different error message appears if it's the case)

Matlab 2021a is supported for Windows 7 sp1:
https://www.mathworks.com/support/requirements/matlab-system-requirements.html
I'm surprised than system32\regsvr32.exe is missing.

Matlab does not support 32 bit versions since R2015b anymore. So it does not matter, if your Windows 7 is 64 bit, but if you have installed its SP1. Win 7 and Win 7SP1 have many differences.
