IS it possible to Bold the messages in the message box..?
I want to highlight all the messages in the message box either using color or font weight

yes...Multiple msgs in the same msg box
or any other way to show these messages in my presentation?

Unfortunately msgbox() doesn't allow formatting options for the text it displays. I've put in a request for this a long time ago. I'd encourage you to send an email to support@mathworks.com asking for it also. In the meantime I think you're stuck writing your own little dialog box.

I don't use magbox, but for formatted messages in command window, look at cprintf

For anyone reading this still: Image Analyst's answer is incorrect. You can include italics / bold. Please see Jan's answer of this, on a similar question:

I believe it was correct 6 years ago when I wrote it, but NOW you can do it, as the link, and my attached utility msgboxw() show.

Yes, I noticed the date at which you wrote it, I also noticed that Jan's answer was 2 years earlier than you comment. This being said, perhaps the dating system is incorrect, or I overlooked something else. Apologies for the heavy-handed answer.
