How to fit the size of the buttons to the table?

Here is my situation. I designed a GUI and there are buttons which matches the size of the table units. Just like below
but when I set the figure to the full window, it looks like below that buttons are larger than the size of the table units.
How can I solve the problem?

This is a very hard job and I do not know a clean way. What about inserting the buttons inside the cell? Not as "buttons", but you can use the CellSelction-Callback to trigger events.
