I am looking at the list of National Instruments M-Series Devices supported by Real-Time Windows Target listed on MathWorks external website and it seems incomplete.

This change has been incorporated into the documentation in Release 2009b (R2009b). For previous releases, read below for any additional information:
The National Instruments M-Series devices supported by Real-Time Windows Target are not yet listed in the list of supported devices (<http://www.mathworks.com/products/rtwt/supportedio13907.html>).
The Real-Time Windows Target product supports the following National Instruments M-Series devices.
Note, currently you can use only the A/D and D/A parts of the M-series boards with Real-Time Windows Target. The Real-Time Windows Target product does not support the counter/encoder functionality for these boards.
