Why am I unable to control the size of my Stateflow snapshot?

When I change the size of my Stateflow snapshot, it does not have any effect on the size of the image in the report, even if the option, "As specified", is selected.

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
This is a bug in the report generator Stateflow Snapshot component.
As a workaround, you can toggle between the specified units after changing the size vector.
