RoadRunner Scenario is an interactive editor that lets you design scenarios to simulate and test automated driving systems. This module introduces the interface and shows how to design a driving scenario by specifying actor trajectories.

  • Modify dynamic scenario elements such as vehicles and their paths using the Scenario Edit Tool.
  • Simulate and visualize the scenario using the Simulation Tool.
  • Add or edit custom trajectories for actors to follow.
  • Relocate scenarios within a scene or to another scene using anchors.

  • Use anchors to relocate a scenario to a new scene.
  • Assign a custom trajectory to a vehicle. Then use the Route Timing Tool to modify time and speed values of waypoints on the trajectory.
  • Modify the orientation of a turning vehicle to simulate drifting using the Actor Orientation Tool.
