is2rc

Convert inverse sine parameters to reflection coefficients

Description

k = is2rc(isin) returns the reflection coefficients, k, from the inverse sine parameters isin.

example

Examples

collapse all

Define a vector, isin, of inverse sine parameters and determine the corresponding reflection coefficients.

isin = [0.2000 0.8727 0.0020 0.0052 -0.0052];
k = is2rc(isin)
k = 1×5

    0.3090    0.9801    0.0031    0.0082   -0.0082

Input Arguments

collapse all

Inverse sine parameters, specified as a vector or as a matrix.

Data Types: single | double

Output Arguments

collapse all

List of reflection coefficients, returned as a vector or as a matrix, where k = sin(isin*pi/2).
