"Combine" can mean a lot of things: Applying the filters one after the other (2 orders possible), applying one filter to the parameters of the other (unlikely), etc.

Please explain exactly, what you want to achieve. The less the readers have to guess, the more likely is a useful answer.

i have to median filters. first median filter will give the output(denoised image). Now i want to apply second filter to give more cleared denoised image.

For Example

Input Image then First median filter then second median filter then output
