how to apply gaussian filter on images of type double in Matlab?

I have an image of type double and when i apply gaussian filter using built_in function ( gaussian = imgaussfilt(image);) ,I found this error " Undefined function 'imgaussfilt' for input arguments of type 'double'."
does anyone know how to apply gaussian filter on this image??
Note: I'm using Matlab 2013a

The error message means, that the function imgaussfilt is not found. Either you did not install the Image Processing Toolbox or have no active license for it. The solution is to install this toolbox.
