How can i get matlab report href values along with link text in matlab workspace ?

Basically i want to access matlab html report sections from another html. This link has to be static. That is my own document would link to matlab report to go to particular section. It would be similar matlab table of content only this time my table of content is out side the report. So..

Can Matlab provide mapping for auto-numbered href values within anchor tag and the chapter/section hyperlink generated during html report creation ?

Can i give my own href values within anchor html tag produced during report creation so that it is always fixed and does not gets assigned with autonumbered values?
