REQUIREMENTS:
- the excitation (input) signal should be periodical
HIGHLIGHTS:
- estimate the system parameter and covariance matrices of noise altogether;
- use time-domain data, but as fast as frequency-domain method;
- only matrix operation used, easy to port into embedded environment.
