Signal and Data Processing
Use the Radar Toolbox to perform signal processing operations on recorded and simulated radar data. Typical operations include matched filtering and stretch-processing pulse compression, coherent and noncoherent pulse integration, and constant false alarm rate (CFAR) detection. You can estimate target range, direction of arrival, and speed. Extended objects produce clusters of detections that belong to the same object and can be associated into a single detection. The multi-object tracker associates detections and tracks. Simulate multifunction and cognitive radar as a closed loop, where radar parameters such as operating frequency, beam direction, and waveform selection change during the simulation.
