FIRST Robotics
The FIRST Robotics Competition gives high school students and their adult mentors the opportunity to work and create together to solve a common problem. The teams are challenged to design and build robots using a standard "kit of parts" and compete within a common set of rules to play sophisticated field games in limited time. The robot “game” changes every season and over 4000 teams and 100,000 participants from 35 countries take part of the FIRST Robotics Competition every year.
